The production cycle begins with the breeder or parent farms, which are equipped with modern technology. 80,000 parent chickens are grown in well- isolated locations to provide 9 million high-quality hatching eggs to our hatcheries every year.
We breed our own hens to produce the eggs that are hatched for day-old chickens. Our hens are bred on one of four farms owned and operated by us.
Each of the farms has four hen houses, and the total capacity of all our parent farms is 84,000 chickens per year. These parents lay 9 million eggs per year on average, which are then transported to our hatcheries to be incubated and hatched.
